§  We undertake to monitor market and product changes to ensure the continued appropriateness of our recommendations.

 

§  We will support all staff with their continuous professional development to ensure their expertise and skills are current and relevant to the service they provide to our customers.

 

§  We will provide to the client information about the benefits, risks and costs associated with each policy and help them to understand what they can reasonably expect.

 

§  We will provide this information in a way that aims to be clear, fair and not misleading.  We will pay due regard to our customers' needs in a timely way.

 

§  We will honour the promises we have made to our customers.

 

§  We will identify common underlying causes of complaints and take action to eliminate the causes, so preventing recurrence.

 

§  We will manage any potential conflicts of interest to ensure that they do not lead to customers being disadvantaged.
